Fountain Park Summer Music Series

The 2019 edition of the popular and lively summer music series takes you on a journey through genres of rock from the birth of rock and roll to glam rock and southern rock, jumping over to pop, country and twirling the twang of rockabilly and folk rock into the mix.

All Fountain Park Summer Concerts are on Friday and free, open to the public. Concerts begin promptly at 7 PM in Fountain Park located in downtown Van Wert, OH. The Fountain Park Summer Music Series, now in its 18th year, is powered by The Van Wert County Foundation, in cooperation with the Van Wert City Parks & Recreation Department and is operated by the Van Wert Area Perforiming Arts Foundation.

The Niswonger Performing Arts Center of Northwest Ohio

Operated by The Van Wert Area Performing Arts Foundation, The Niswonger Performing Arts Center of Northwest Ohio (NPAC) is a professionally operated performance venue and meeting area featuring the state-of-the-art Van Wert County Foundation Saltzgaber Music Hall which seats 1,200 people. The First Federal Lecture Hall accommodates 175 for professional business meetings, social gatherings, and lectures. The beautiful Van Wert Federal Grand Lobby hosts many meetings, receptions, and banquets.

Wassenberg Art Center

The Wassenberg Art Center (WAC) is a not for profit community art center which presents an average of 10 admission-free exhibits annually. WAC offers art classes, workshops, unique events and activities for adults and children throughout the year. The Wassenberg Art Center and its mission continue today because of The Wassenberg Art Fund administered by The Van Wert County Foundation, community support, donations, and memberships.
