Spread the word about your nonprofit’s mission, engage new supporters, fundraise in more ways online—do all this and more with Google for Nonprofits.
Vantage Career Center and The Van Wert County Foundation are co-sponsoring this workshop for non-profit organizations in the area to test drive the GSuite tools and learn how your nonprofit can benefit from Google for Nonprofits. It offers a free suite of cloud-based collaboration, productivity, and sharing tools including emails, drive space, and calendars. GSuite is different from the free Gmail accounts you may use and provide organizational control. Visit Google’s site to learn more about these tools.
“We are excited to once again offer this collaborative session as part of our nonprofit training program called Impact. This program is all about nonprofit capacity building and is in its second year. The Google for Nonprofits session is free and open to any local nonprofit organization.” states Amanda Miller, Marketing & Resouce Development Manager at The Foundation.
The workshop is at Vantage Career Center in the Community Room on Tuesday, June 11, 2019, from 9 am – 12 pm. A light breakfast will be provided beginning at 8:30 am.
Mary Ann Falk, Vantage Technology Integration Specialist, and Van Wert Civic Theatre web administrator is the trainer. Mary Ann is a Google Certified Educator who regularly uses Google tools in her work and with VWCT.
“GSuite offers powerful tools for free that can help nonprofits communicate and collaborate effectively while leveraging the very best technology.   I always tell people that if I could set up Google tools for a nonprofit, so can they. I love teaching people of all technical skill levels to use GSuite tools in new ways and am excited to partner with Van Wert County Foundation again for this training.” , shares, Falk.
